General Info
The King's School presents the Invitational Blended VEX V5 Robotics Competition Tournament for the 2026-2027 Season, Override. To ensure that all teams in NSW have opportunities to compete this season, invitations for this tournament will be allocated based on the priorities below -
-
Priority 1: Teams outside of metropolitan Sydney
-
Priority 2: Teams who have not had the chance to compete this season
-
Priority 3: Remaining spots to teams based on number of registered tournaments, from lowest to highest
- Priority 4: Date/time team was placed onto the waitlist where there are multiple teams on the same number of registered tournaments so far this season
This event will be hosted in The King's School Science Centre, located on the Senior School campus in North Parramatta, NSW, Australia. To enforce rule G2 Participants must follow the Student Centered Policy, the event space will be split into a restricted Competition Zone (including the Pit Area) for student team members only, and a separate Gathering/Presentation Space where team adults and student team members can watch the tournament matches via live stream. One registered school staff member from each school will be permitted into the Competition Zone to help ensure their teams' adherence to the Code of Conduct and Student Centered Policy in the Competition Zone.
Due to limited space, we will ask that each organisation limits the number of coaches / team adults to 1 per two teams registered.
Please ensure that everyone attending brings a packed lunch as there will not be food available for purchase near the venue.
Entry is located on Pennant Hills Road - Enter The Kings School at the traffic light intersection with Russell Road / Hunterford Crescent.
This VEX Robotics Competition is proudly supported by the Global Robotics & Science Foundation - the officially authorized nonprofit partner for VEX Robotics, championing student-centered, schools-first STEM competition. Please ensure you are referencing the library documentation for key award and judging criteria.
