Welcome to the St. George's Love at First Bot!
We need your help!
We can't run tournaments without lots of volunteers. While we will take as many volunteers as you can bring, please communicate with your teams that there is an expectation of at least 1 volunteer per registered team. Volunteers who sign up at least two weeks in advance will receive free lunches.

All team members and adults must have the RECF waiver completed. Instructions avialable at this link. https://events.vex.com/consent
Payment is due two weeks after a team is registered (or immediately if after January 23, 2027) unless other arrangements are made with the EP. All teams not paid after two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back in, IF there is still room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

Please share this Volunteer Sign-up Link with your teams' families and others in our VEX community. We love hosting your students, but we cannot do it without community support.
Lunch will be provided for all pre-registered volunteers who pre-register by end of the day on Tuesday, February 2.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that an emergency arises or inclement weather threatens to affect the tournament, email notifications will be sent.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if event is cancelled by EP.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will NOT be issued.
All registrations must be paid in full two weeks after team is registered, or immediately if after January 23, 2027, unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams may be moved to the Waitlist two weeks after registration and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two week, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.
Teams that have not paid registration fees for past events will be immediately moved to the waitlist until those registration fees are paid and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
