General Info
Welcome to the Mahoning Valley VEX Robotics League Invitational Event. This event is open to all teams registered in the Mahoning Valley VEX Robotics League. We will have two tournament fields, one skills field, and one practice field. Lunch will be provided and spectators will be allowed.
Lunch will be provided for all coaches and participants as part of the registration fee. There will not be a concession available for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All coaches will be notified via email as early as possible if the weather threatens to delay or cancel the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All event fees will be returned to the teams who have paid in full.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We have put a great deal of planning and expense into the event, including but not limited to food. Therefore, we cannot reimburse teams that cancel or do not attend the event.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
