General Info
Welcome to the Loveland Robotics VEX V5 Robotics Competition. This is a blended event for high school and middle school teams.
Teams will each play 6 qualifying matches, and Skills Challenge fields will be available throughout qualifying rounds.
Concessions will be available at the event, and a pizza pre-order will be made available to teams.
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will be in contact with you. If we have to cancel, we will issue a refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund of all registration fees. Refunds will be made to the address associated with the team's event registration, regardless of the original payment method. The Event Partner will issue the refund using their standard refund process, which may include mailing a check or another payment method at the Event Partner's discretion.
If a Coach/Mentor withdraws a team or the team does not attend:
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and later withdraws the team or the team does not attend, no refunds will be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
