Most volunteer positions will be filled by Team 53 parents. Volunteer postions needed outside our organization is inspectors and scorekeepers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Inclement Weather Policy: Eleanor Roosevelt High School follows the Prince George’s County Public School System inclement weather policy. Please text/call Karen Bogoski at 734-587-3350 or email her at [email protected] to confirm whether there will be any changes to the event schedule due to inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be conducted in a timely manner, sans the $5 Robotevents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be conducted in a timely manner, sans the $5 Robotevents fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
