General Info
All V5RC teams are welcome to attend! This will a great event with plenty of seating for spectators!
All teams must check in with the event partner / scoring table by-9:00AM so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time. Coaches-- If you are delayed arriving the morning of the tournament, please call and let us know.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather cancellations will be determined by the school at 3pm the day before the tournament and coaches will be notified by e-mail.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given if cancelations occur one week before the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds, will be provided if a team cancels a week or more in advance. After that, no refunds will be issued.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks must be submitted by 7pm on November 13th.
