Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled, a full event registration refund will be given to all paid teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 10 days prior to the event will be removed from the event unless a special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.
No refund will be provided as the organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact.Submission Deadline for notebooks is Friday, December 4th at 5pm
