Volunteer
All of our personnel — Judges, Referees, Score Keepers, Field Set Team Members, Queuing Runners, Tournament Manager Operators, Custodial Support, and others — are volunteers. Please treat them with kindness, respect, and gratitude for donating their personal time and energy. We could not host an event of this magnitude without their dedication and willingness to serve.
Thank you in advance for helping take care of our school. Please place all trash in the receptacles provided, and keep the bathrooms, hallways, and pit areas clean and neat. If you notice a spill or a problem, please notify someone promptly.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event may be canceled if, in the opinion of event management, inclement weather could endanger students, coaches, mentors, parents, or volunteers. Because the $75 registration fee covers the full four-event season rather than any single date, no refunds will be issued for events canceled due to weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
Here's a reworded version:
Refund Policy
If the Event Partner cancels an event:
Because the $75 registration fee covers the full four-event season rather than any single date, no refunds will be issued for canceled events.
If a team withdraws after registration and payment:
Teams that need to withdraw from the tournament must notify management as soon as possible.
- Notification received at least three weeks prior to the first league event will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued after that point.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
