Welcome to SIlver Owl's 3rd competition of 2026! This event brings teams together for an exciting competition of the Override and an opportunity to test, refine, and showcase their robots. Teams will compete for awards and qualification spots at the Ontario Provincial Championships. We look forward to kicking off another great season of competition, learning, and teamwork.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
As this is an indoor event, cancellation due to weather is highly unlikely. If severe weather or another emergency affects the event, updates will be sent to registered teams by email and posted on the RobotEvents event page. Participants should use their own judgment when travelling and follow all instructions from event and venue staff.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued to all registered teams
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are issued solely at the discretion of the Event Partner. If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, registered teams will receive further information regarding refunds.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
