Extreme weather will not allow the event to be held. In case of any extreme weather event, the event will be rescheduled if possible. If not possible to reschedule, the registered teams will receive a refund.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend within 1 week:
No refunds will be issued
