General Info

This is our annual fall state qualifier. It will be at Purdue Polytechnic High School on E Washington Street in Indianapolis on the 3rd floor. There will be concessions as well as ample fast food options within walking distance.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. I will also send an email to mentors/coaches on the contact list.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event other than for an Act of God: A full refund will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Payment Deadline is November 15th, 2026 or 2 weeks after registration (whichever is sooner). Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

If the Event Partner cancels the event because of an Act of God: Credit will be given for future tournaments hosted by Rom12 Robotics
