General Info
Welcome to the inaugural Central Valley Clash at Washington Union High School on Saturday, November 14, 2026!
We will have a full VEX Robotics tournament featuring two competition fields, one practice field, and one skills field. Competition will take place in our gym, with team pits in the adjacent cafeteria.
Check-in opens at 8:30 a.m. Teams must check in by 9:45 a.m. and complete robot inspection by 10:00 a.m. Teams that have not checked in by 9:45 a.m. will be dropped from the roster so the match schedule can be generated. Teams running late must contact the Event Partner before the check-in deadline.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event is going to be canceled due to inclement weather, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible). As this will be an indoor event, cancellation is highly unlikely.
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in events.vex.com and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be provided after payment deadline.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
