We don't expect any weather issues. If it is determined that we cannot safely host the event, we will issue refunds.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
More than 30 days before the Competition - Full Refund
More than 5 days but less than 30 days before the Competition - Partial refund
Less than 5 Days from Competition - No Refund
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
- Engineering Notebook must be submitted digitally no later than November 27th.
