Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER, as determined by Poudre School District, the tournament will be canceled and no refunds available.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Refunds available if EP cancels.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Refunds available up to two weeks prior to the event.
