Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather a notification will be sent via email. If Friday, October 23, Friday, November 13, Friday, January 8 are cancelled du to weather, those qualification matches will run on the next scheduled date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be sent to all schools.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued if cancelled within one week of the first event.
Judging Format
No Judging
