Welcome to our annual Robotics Competition at Harmony Science Academy - El Paso !!! We are excited to hosting a competitive and fun tournament. As the date gets closer, I will share with you the Event/Parking map.

Parents will not be permitted in the Pit Area. There will be a section in the middle of auditorium for parents to watch their students in action. Please follow all game regulations and guidelines set out by VEX Robotics (found in the game manual)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of reschedule/cancellation/delay, all coaches will be emailed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be given via the business manager from our campus.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
In the event that you need to cancel, please make sure to notify [email protected]. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel 1 week before the day of the tournament so that teams in the waitlist have sufficient time to make arrangments. If you registered and did not show, you will not receive a refund.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
