VEX V5 Qualifying Tournament - All qualifying event criteria must be met
This VEX V5 Robotics Competition is a qualifying event to the Washington VEX V5 Regional Championships and is open to all registered VEX V5 teams.
If 10+ teams from each grade level (MS & HS) register for the event, then a 2nd Excellence Award will be added. These spots will be reviewed one week prior to the even.

If bad weather causes cancelation of event, we will reschedule to a different day.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will attempt to reschedule the event or refund the money.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There are NO refunds for any reason. Please don't pay until you are sure you are coming!
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should submit a digital notebook for the judges to evaluate.
