Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be provided to teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: A refund cannot be issued as funds were directly donated to the chosen charity.

We are committed to hosting a safe, inclusive, and secure event for all. All attendees, event staff and student participants are expected to abide by the VEX Code of Conduct and must follow venue guidelines, respect designated traffic flows, and keep emergency exits clear at all times. First-aid support is available on-site as well as AED devices. By attending, you agree to comply with standard school safety protocols, refrain from bringing prohibited substances, and promptly alert an organizer or security team member if an emergency or safety risk arises.

St. Thomas is easily accessible from the 401 Highway.
There are several hotels in town with very reasonable rates since we are not a big city! There are also many additional hotels on the edges of the nearby city of London that are a 20 minute drive to the venue.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The deadline for submission will be Wednesday January 6th at 6:00 pm.
