Digital Notebooks are to be submitted Jan. 5th at 5pm.
Please ensure you review the Inspection Sheet with the team to ensure everything is ready to go.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
For bad/weather we will follow YISD policy. If needed to cancel, we will reschedule and notify you at the earliest convenience.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, we will reschedule and inform you asap.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, there will be no refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
Submission of the Digital Engineering Notebook is due Tuesday, January 5th at 5 pm.
