Brace the winter weather and gear up for high-stakes competition! Registration is officially open for Plymouth's First "Baby It's Cold Outside" Override MS Competition, hosted at Lincoln Junior High School.

 

Whether you are looking to secure a spot for state qualification or fine-tune your autonomous strategies mid-season, we invite your high school teams to join us in Plymouth, IN for an action-packed day of VEX V5 matches.

  • 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Qualification Matches Resume

  • 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM – Elimination Bracket Matches

  • 4:45 PM – Awards Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of severe inclement weather (such as heavy snowfall, ice, or hazardous travel conditions) or unforeseen emergency circumstances, the Event Partner and host facility reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event.

 

  • Notification Window: Any decision regarding a schedule modification, weather delay, or cancellation will be communicated to all registered primary team contacts via email by 5:00 AM EST on the morning of the event (or earlier if conditions warrant).

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refund will be provided

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be provided
