This event is only open to qualified Philippines teams. Each Philippines team needs to join at least 1 Local Qualifying Event in the Philippines before being able to join this event. Philippines teams meeting this qualification requirement can register for this event via the waitlist function and will be added to the main event based on the order of the digital timestamp, verified by the Event Partner and the Program Support Manager.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will refund the Event Registration.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If you have to remove your team after registration has closed, we can no longer refund your payment.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
