About the Team

Who Are We? We are Script Robotics, the robotics team of Uğur Schools. Competing in the VEX Robotics platform, we are a team that does not simply build robots, but designs, strategizes, leads, and sets standards through engineering, software, and teamwork. Over the years, Script Robotics has developed a strong culture of discipline and technical excellence, achieving consistent and high-level success in VEX Robotics competitions. Each season, we analyze the game in depth, transform the rules into strategic advantages, and deliver solutions that make a real difference on the field. The team is led by Team Captain Mert Çetin. Our captain has been an active member of Script Robotics for four years and has served as team captain for the last two years. Throughout this period, he has taken an active role not only within the team but also across VEX Robotics competitions in Turkey, contributing in multiple capacities: as a competition referee, as a team leader and strategic decision-maker. This dual experience has given Script Robotics a unique competitive edge. By combining a referee’s perspective with on-field leadership, our team has developed a deep understanding of the rules, minimized strategic risks, and maximized performance efficiency. Under the leadership of Mert Çetin, Script Robotics has achieved outstanding results in the Turkish VEX Robotics competitions, standing out through strong technical performance, effective team organization, and disciplined match execution. His experience and leadership form the foundation not only of our current success, but also of our long-term vision. As Script Robotics, our goals are to: compete at the highest level within the VEX Robotics platform, achieve sustained success both nationally and internationally, develop individuals who do not merely consume technology, but create it, and transform sponsorship support into measurable, concrete achievements. For our sponsors, Script Robotics represents more than a robotics team — it stands for discipline, sustainable success, and strong representation.
