About the Team

The Alpha Team (Team A) is composed of Nathaniel Catalan, Nathaniel Davis, Eli Ozcan, Marco Hernandez, Yamila Fausto-Bernal, and Olivia James. The goals of our robot are to be able to score on all three levels, capturing all the blocks so the other team cannot score, and being able to park in the space at the end of the match. At practice, we are usually quite efficient, where everyone is almost always doing something to benefit the team. Nathaniel Catalan usually takes charge of the team, helping to direct us and lending a hand to anyone who needs it. Nathaniel Davis helps test the robot and drive it, as well as to help build when needed. Eli Ozcan codes and designs the robot, coaching us through how to build certain, more technical parts. Marco is the journalist, recording the progress of the team so that we don't make the same mistakes twice. Yamila Fausto-Bernal and Olivia James help to build and organize the supplies and tools.

About this Season

The 2025-2026 season has been full of fun surprises. For the majority of our team, this is the first time they have done Robotics. With this new talent, we are bringing fresh ideas and abilities to the table in order to help design and create an awesome robot. We are constantly finding ways to bond and connect with each other during and outside of practice. This year has been awesome.
