About the Team

Hi, this is the KCISLK team, we are a group of enthusiastic students who are interested in robotics, and this is our second year in the VEX competition. Unlike most other teams, we did not have a guiding teacher, instead, we did everything by ourselves. This was a decision made by our entire group as we wanted this project to be built by students. At first, we tried to find competitions related to technology which led us to VEX. After we read the instructions of VEX and watched a few videos of VEX, we realized that this (VEX) was the competition that suited us best so we started to gather a team. Eventually, we found teammates who were as enthusiastic about robots as us. We formed the team by ourselves without any sponsors or teachers' help. We even recruited a teammate from the US, despite the huge time difference, and discussed it with us all the time. From designing a robot to building a physical model and fixing the problems, we spent lots of time in building our robot. Hopefully, we can have a good result from this competition.
