About the Team
The team has seven members and is an all-girl team comprised of five eighth-graders and two seventh-graders.
About this Season
The students began analyzing the game and designing and building the robot in early September and have spent an hour and a half after school each day and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. working on the robot and maintaining a notebook.
About Team Sponsor
Our Sponsor is a PLTW teacher who teaches Computer Science, Design and Modeling, and Robotics. He receives no compensation for coaching the team, after school and on Saturdays. There are two additional volunteers that assist with the students when we travel, and occasionally check on the progress of the team.
