About the Team

We are 9181Y, a first-year team made up of four enthusiastic Grade 10 and 11 students. As newcomers to VEX Robotics, we’re really excited to dive into this season’s game, Push Back. Our main goal is to learn as much as we can — from design and coding to teamwork and strategy. We’re eager to challenge ourselves, experiment with new ideas, and grow both as individuals and as a team throughout the season.

About this Season

Our goal is to learn more about both the building and competitive aspects of VEX. As a new team, we want to understand how to design and construct effective robots while also developing strategies to perform well in matches. We’re focused on improving our technical skills, learning from each competition, and gaining valuable experience that will help us grow throughout the season.
