About the Team

This team is formed from two other teams and a new comer. Theron Hurston was on 67558D, Team Turtle. Haynes Hurston and Lucas Damato were on 67558M, Block Panthers. Over the course of their careers, they have won 6 Excellence Awards, 6 Teamwork Awards, and 2 Skills Awards. Theron’s team won the Excellence Award at State last year in the Middle School division and competed in the VEX World Championships. Haynes and Lucas’ team also won the Excellence Award at State last year, but in the Elementary School division and competed in the VEX World Championships. In addition to these three competitors, we have a new teammate to robotics, Andrew Hellums.
