About the Team

We are a fun-loving, robotics-building, STEM-focused group of Girl Scouts from the southeast side of Indianapolis! We are a team of 6 seventh and eighth graders who attend Franklin Township schools. This is our fourth year of VEX IQ and were thrilled to compete at Worlds last year! We all LOVE working in STEM, but our group has a wide range of interests outside of robotics too! Among our team, we have some basketball players, a roller derby queen, a couple of track stars, a rock star soccer goalie, a couple of pianists, several budding artists, a jazz saxophonist, a drummer, an actress and an ice skater!

About this Season

This is technically our fourth year of VEX IQ. Our goal this year is to qualify for the State competition this year, and our hope is to make it to the Worlds competition again. We are looking forward to competing this year! And meeting new friends with our robot!

About Team Sponsor

We are Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs from coast to coast, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges - whether they want to climb to the top of a tree or the top of their class, lace up their boots for a hike or advocate for climate justice, or make their first best friends. https://www.girlscoutsindiana.org
