General Info

Welcome to the second annual VEX IQ Robotics event at WestGate@Purde hosted by NSWC Crane. This is an official VEX IQ State Qualifiying Event that is scheduled for blah State Qualification Spots as follows: 

Any team not paid by December 21st will be removed and that space offered to a team on the wait list.

Participation and Consent:

A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. The consent form is located in the Documents tab of this event.

The day of registration check-in deadline is 8:45am; teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.

All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

STEM Reseach submission:
** Teams will submit an online video submission information to the Event Partner at least two weeks prior to the event. Submissions will include the team number and the YouTube URL to the video. ***

We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Tina Closser at [email protected]. We are looking for queuing, referees, and field re-set.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather please visit the event on events.vex.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds if approved will be processed following the event.
