General Info
This will be a great warm up for Mix and Match season.
While it is a Skills only tournament with the obvious opportunities to get three of each Skills runs in and post a score in robotevents, students, coaches and volunteers will get many other valuable opportunities.
We will also have Reffing and Judging clinics happening: (Interested in this clinic online or in person, please register at this Link: https://www.robotevents.com/robot-competitions/vex-iq-competition/RE-VIQRC-25-0043.html#general-info)
- Judging and referee workshops for volunteers that want to pass their online certification and improve their judging and reffing skills.
- Open book judging for students and coaches to get feedback from certified judges on the strengths and needs of their notebooks
- After any teams have attempted one of each skills run, they can select an alliance partner to do a scrimmage teamwork math as well.
The venue will open early, with the intent of local and nearby groups getting skills runs in earlier so that teams traveling from farther away will have plenty of time for skills without long waits in line.
Concessions will be available:
A build your own burger or chicken sandwich (think Fuddruckers) is included fir coaches and team members. $5 for spectators.

Fall is beautiful in the Ozarks. We have pickleball courts, tennis courts, biking trails and hiking trails on our campuus!!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In event of cancellation due to weather, we will rescheduel for 11/1.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund or credit towards our Mix and Match tournament to be held in December.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund.
Judging Format
- No Judging
- Students and coaches will have an opportunty to have certified judges give feedback on their journals.
Event Policies: Practice Fields
There will be two practice fields at the event. They will be students only and if a line forms, the volunteer supervisor will start a timer for 6 - 8 minutes depending on the length of the line.
Teams will have space to bring their own practice fields.
