Please Note: The schedule above is subject to changes. It is based on the max capacity of the event running 3.5 minute match cycles. We will aim to make any adjustments and email them out by noon the Thursday before the tournament.
We plan to have 1 skills field, 3 competition fields, and 1 practice field.
We plan to have a table with judges available for interviews when students are ready.
We will have an option to order a whole pizza ahead of time. Information will be in the coaches email we send out a week before the event. We will also have Junk Yard BBQ and Humble Joe's Coffee on site.
Our organization is very intentional to stay on schedule and make the best use of time at the event. Students should watch the displays that will be visible from the Pits and make sure to be in place at the Queueing table, so they don't miss their match time and end up with a no-show score.
Volunteer
We love volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to Ben Yee via call or text at 812 / 52 five- 124 seven. Or email me at benyee7 …@ ….. Gmail.com (no spaces or periods, that's to prevent internet bots from picking up my email address)
Volunteers that serve all day, we will pay for your lunch at the event.
We are open to hosting VURC Skills runs in exchange for volunteer time.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please watch your email. I will send an email to coaches on the contact list.
While we would love to stick it out rain, sleet, or snow, we are at the whim of our school district who may choose to cancel on us.
Also check the Refund Policies tab for more information.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected to be paid when you register for the event. Teams that have not paid prior to the Payment Deadline will be moved to the waitlist to allow teams on the waitlist to register.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All refunds will be repaid minus 5$ (per team) with checks sent out within 1 month of the cancellation.
If a Coach completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be completed prior to Payment Deadline. Refunds will be processed within 1 month following the event.
All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the Opening Ceremonies. Refunds will not be issued to teams who cannot compete because they arrived after competition rounds have begun.
Not paying by the Payment Deadline means that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Please see our Deadlines Tab for more information.

Address: 1350 W. Second St. Seymour, IN 47274
The Tournament will be held in the Cafeteria which is the South Western corner of the building.
Parking: Please pull into the little loop at the South West corner of the building and unload your robots at the entrance there. Then proceed by turning right and parking in the lot on the west side of the building. You may also park in the gravel lot next to the softball field which is actually closer. If these two parking lots get full, your next best option is to park along Community drive to the East of the High School. Otherwise, you'll need to park in the parking lot to the north of the building and that will be a very long walk to the South West corner.
