The Appleby Bluedogs are excited to host Over Under this season! We have an amazing Emcee and team of volunteers ready for an action-packed day.

What to bring:
- Lunch will not be provided by the venue. Light snacks will be sold by concession. Outside food is accepted; please eat lunch outside of the gym and please be tidy.
- Reusable water bottles for use at refill stations.
- Your favourite power bars
Please encourage your team to maintain a tidy & organized pit area, inlcuding dispoal of garbage & recycling. Our judges may consider this as part of team conduct.
Important Rules
- Power tools for cutting and shaping are discouraged and should be limited to small diameter tools (<1") only. <T4>
- Inflators must be battery-powered. <T4>
- A Team’s Robot and/or Drive Team Member should attend every Match.
- Robots at the field must be ready to play.
- Wear safety glasses.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will run in all weather. If Appleby College officially closes to external guests on this day due to weather, the event will be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams have 2 weeks after registration to pay for this event. unpaid teams will be moved to the waiting list. Unpaid registrations can only hold a team's spot at this event for 2 weeks. Cancellations will be refunded if received before the registration deadline.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline is January 27th, 2024 5:00 PM EST.
