** The Competition Rundown is subject to change; the exact end times of the competition may shift depending on real-time circumstances. 

• 8 rounds for each team at the Teamwork Challenge Qualification Match and 1 round only for the Finals. Teams, please be aware of your team competition time and call-in; no extra rounds will be provided should teams miss their rounds.
• Teams that have submitted their engineering notebook online will be given priority to complete their judging session. On-site engineering notebook submission will not be accepted. We will announce the queuing period for the open judging session on-site, but please note that the quota will be very limited. The Judging Session will close around 17:00 (TBC) on the competition day.
• Please self arrange your lunch during lunch time and come back the venue on-time. 

Volunteer

We are looking for indiviuals who are passionate in robotics and are willing to contribute to the local community!  

Volunteer certificate will be provided for participated volunteers.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Competitions will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

The team registration fee will not be refunded once the team is registered

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

The team registration fee will not be refunded once the team is registered

Judging Format

• The Engineering Notebook will be evaluated only on competition day.  Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com. The submission deadline is 7-January-2026, 17:00 Hong Kong Standard Time. Please visit "Submitting a Digital Engineering Notebook" to learn how to submit the Digital Engineering Notebook to events.vex.com
  
  The Judge Advisor will download the Digital Engineering Notebooks for evaluation after the submission deadline, but will not prevent teams from continuing to update their Digital Engineering Notebooks.
  
  Teams that have submitted their engineering notebook online will be given priority to complete their judging session. Teams can participate in this event without an Engineering Notebook and still be interviewed, but the Team will not earn any top judged awards.   Late submissions or failure to submit the Engineering Notebook digitally will not be entertained. Please refer to the Refund Policy for team withdrawal cases.
